Surreal drawings

In school, I always had a habit of drawing in my note books. It’s pretty weird. You can tell it’s inspired from German expressionist cinema. I hope one day to make a B&W horror film in this style.

This one is heavily inspired by the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.

This one was from college, when I was trying to work on a budget for my senior film, Legend of the Blue Hole. As you can see, the budget planning got a little side-tracked. The scribbles came first, before the drawings.

This one, you’ve probably seen already, but might as well include it with the surreal stuff. It’s Indian paint on scratch board, (around age 13) based on nightmares I had.
